Our Policy

Since boudoir is so intimate and personal, we want to protect your privacy as much as possible. It’s as important to us  as it is to you. We have in place a policy and certain safeguards, which are listed below to make sure that your photos, or any other personal information, are protected and do not end up where they are not suppose to be.

Identity Protection

All communication (phone, email, text, etc.) will be kept confidential.  We will never disclose the identity of my clients or the names of those in our photos unless it is ok by the client.  No names will ever be associated with any of the photos I take, whether or not they are showcased on the website.

We do in person proofing and ordering sessions.  If a client is from out of town we can review your photos shortly after your DreamShoot Session.

We also take the time to secure your personal information, such as your address, email, phone number, or payment information. This information is never given away or sold to any third parties, and is safeguarded to prevent identity theft.

Use of Images on Website

All of the images used on our website are used with explicit permission from the client.  You have the right to keep all images private and to not allow their use on the website at any time.  We will never use a photo without your consent, and we will only use the photos after a model release form has been signed.

Please contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding our policy or safeguards. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with the entire boudoir photography process!

Retainer Fee and Returns { Retainer fee is required to hold your time and date and is non-refundable. Absolutely no returns on photography sessions or on products due to the nature of this type of photography. }
